  • Details – The project is located in the Stratford Conservation Area, surrounded by Grade II listed buildings, consisted of two tower blocks (15 and 36 storeys), rising from a shared podium, above a single storey underground car park.
    The ground and mezzanine floors are a mixed‐use office / retail development, with the upper levels being utilised for residential.
    The central stair cores/lift shafts were constructed with the Getjar’s own hybrid jump methodology. The floor slabs were cast traditionally, behind a safety screen, spanning 3 full floors.
